(hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "our" or "us") shall be aw are of the importance of protecting Personal Information of customers, shall comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Protection Act") and shall endeavor to properly handle and protect Personal Information in accordance with the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy").

1. Definition of Personal Information, Etc.

In this Privacy Policy, "Personal Information, Etc." shall mean Personal Information, Personal Related Information (which means information on a living individual defined in Paragraph 7 of Article 2 of the Personal Information Protection Act, which does not fall under any of the categories of Personal Information, Pseudonymized Information and Anonymized Processed Information (defined in Paragraph 6 of Article 2 of the Personal Information Protection Act), (including, but not limited to, SNS accounts such as X, wallet addresses, etc.)) and Pseudonymized Information (as defined in Paragraph 5 of Article 2 of the Personal Information Protection Act, information about individuals obtained by processing Personal Information so that specific individuals cannot be identified unless it is cross-checked with other information).

2.Purpose of Use of Personal Information, Etc.

4. Proper Acquisition of Personal Information, Etc.

We will acquire Personal Information, Etc. in an appropriate and lawful manner to the extent necessary for our business. In addition, we will strive to erase and dispose of unnecessary Personal Information, Etc. in accordance with our regulations. The identification documents submitted by the customer will not be returned.

5. Safety Management of Personal Information, Etc.

We will implement appropriate safety management measures to prevent loss, falsification, or leakage of customer Personal Information, Etc. In addition, all officers and employees handling Personal Information, Etc. of customers shall be provided with education on the importance of protecting Personal Information, Etc., and in the event that Personal Information, Etc. of customers is entrusted, supervision of the entrusted company shall be appropriately undertaken.

6. Provision of Personal Information, Etc. to a Third Party, etc.

When providing Personal Information, Etc. of customers to a third party, we shall do so after obtaining the prior consent of the customer, except as permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations. However, this does not apply in the following cases:

  1. Where the Company entrusts the handling of Personal Information, Etc., in whole or i n part, to the extent necessary for the achievement of the Purpose of Utilization. In this case, we shall appropriately supervise the trustee in accordance with laws and regulations.
  2. In the event of the succession of our business, including the provision of Personal Information, Etc., by merger, company split, transfer of business, or otherwise.
  3. Cases where Personal Information, Etc. that is jointly used with a specific person i s provided to said specific person, and where said Personal Information, Etc. is notified to said person or put in a readily accessible condition for said person in advance with regard to the items of Personal Information, Etc. to be used jointly, the scope of persons to be used jointly, the purpose of use by the person to be used , the name and address of the person who is responsible for the management of said personal data, and in the case of a juridical person, the name of its representative.

7. Disclosure of the Purpose of Use of Personal Information

In the event that a customer requests notification, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as "disclosure") for the purpose of use of Personal Information, we will reply to such request within a reasonable period and within a reasonable scope, after confirming that such request is from the customer and except in cases where disclosure is not required under laws and regulations.

8. Handling of Personal Information Requiring Consideration and Sensitive Information

The company will not acquire the Personal Information Requiring Consideration and Sensitive Information without obtaining in advance a customer's consent; provided, however, that this shall not apply if such acquisition is permitted by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and regulations.

9. Using Personal Related Information (Cookie, Web Beacons, IP Addresses, etc.)

The Company may obtain and use its customers’ information of cookie, web beacons, IP Addresses, etc. and analyze the viewing and usage of web pages and the Company’s apps in order to provide better services to the customers. If a customer does not want the Company to do so, it can turn off its cookies by changing the setting in its web browser. However, turning off the cookies could lead to the customer not being able to use all functions that are available in the services that the Company provides.

11. Amendment of Privacy Policy

If the Company intends to make an amendment to its purposes of use of Personal Information, Etc. (to an extent that a certain level of relevance will be reasonably maintained com pared to the purposes of use before they are amended) or to any other part of the Privacy Policy, it shall publish the information by making the amendment on this page.
